Bridge School of Ministry (BSM) is a transformational training environment designed to develop leaders who will make an eternal impact — in the church, in worship, and in the marketplace.

Whether God is calling you to pastor, lead worship, or bring the gospel into business and culture, BSM is the place where calling becomes clarity, and clarity becomes activation.

BSM offers two 2-year ministry tracks and one 1-year marketplace missions track, uniquely designed to build biblical foundations, spiritual maturity, and practical leadership skills.

OUR TRACKS

1-Year Track: Business as Mission (BAM)

Where calling meets impact. Where business becomes mission.

The Business as Mission Track equips students to bring the gospel into real-world environments through entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation. Students learn how business can be used to solve real problems, build people, and bring transformation to communities.

You will learn how to:

Combine biblical purpose with business strategy
Build sustainable, mission-driven organizations
Lead teams and manage operations with integrity
Identify community needs and create practical solutions
Integrate faith deeply into your daily work and influence

This track prepares marketplace leaders who see their business not just as income — but as ministry. Participants graduate equipped to influence culture, create opportunity, and bring Jesus into places the traditional church cannot reach.

2-Year Track: Pastoral Leadership & Ministry

Developing shepherds, teachers, and Kingdom leaders for the local church.

The Pastoral Track is designed for those called to lead, teach, shepherd, and care for God’s people. This immersive program blends theological training, leadership development, and spiritual formation.

Students will learn:

Communication and preaching essentials
Conflict resolution and pastoral care
Team development, culture building, and leadership strategy
Old and New Testament foundations for ministry
How to cultivate a healthy, life-giving church environment

With hands-on ministry experience at Bridge Church, students gain the confidence and competency to serve effectively wherever God calls — from leading ministries to pastoring congregations.

Graduates leave prepared to lead with compassion, wisdom, and Christ-like integrity.

2-Year Track: Worship Leadership

Forming worshipers who lead God’s people into His presence.

The Worship Track develops worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, and creatives who desire to lead the church in Spirit-led, Christ-centered worship.

Students receive training in:

Leading worship with spiritual authority and authenticity
Service planning and worship design
Building, pastoring, and developing worship teams
Biblical theology of worship in both Old & New Testaments
Vocal, musical, and platform leadership skills

Beyond skill development, this track shapes the heart — cultivating humility, purity, and a deep longing to host God’s presence.

Graduates are equipped to steward worship environments that lead people into powerful, life-changing encounters with God.

What is the cost?

The cost is 200.00 per class, which may be paid per semester.

Spring: 2 classes

Summer: 2 classes

Fall: 2 classes + 1 seminar (one class credit)

Total Cost: $1,400 per year*

*A 25% discount is available to Bridge Church Dream Team members who are actively serving.

When and Where will classes be held?

Location: Bridge Church Virginia Beach Campus – 3168 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456

Days/ Time: Weekly on Mondays from 6:30pm – 8:45pm

Seminars: Scheduled per semester on a Friday evening and all day Saturday.
