  • How to get to Volunteer Central from the main lobby: Enter in the front of the building. Go down the hallway on the right side of the building. Pass the bathrooms on your right and Volunteer Central is on the right before you get to the kitchen.
  • How to get to Volunteer Central from the Next Gen entrance: Enter through the Next Gen entrance and make a left like you are walking towards the front of the building. Pass the kitchen on your left and the next set of doors on your left is Volunteer Central.

*It is very important that you arrive on time as we will discuss all of the information you need to know and we want to give our gift to you: a “Meet the New Me” t-shirt.

2. As a gift, we will have someone taking pictures of your baptism. Within 48 hours, we will post them to Facebook for you to share with your family and download. We want to provide a way for you to remember this special milestone in your life! Bridge Church Facebook: facebook.com/bridgechurchVA

3. Invite all your friends and family to join you for your big day!!! Someone may want to bring a camera. Family friends are welcomed and encouraged to approach the baptismal for personal footage.

4. There will be saved seating for you and all guests in the front right of the auditorium in front of the baptismal. You and everyone you bring will be sitting in the front row of the right hand side of the sanctuary facing the stage.

5. We will begin praise and worship with our families and someone from the stage will announce for you to line up for baptism. We will have an assistant to help you through leaving and entering back into the sanctuary when it’s time.

6. Bring a beach towel to dry off.

7. Bring a grocery bag or something to hold your wet clothes.

8. To get baptized, please wear long shorts, undergarments, and bring a dark tee-shirt. We will be giving you a tee shirt, but just in case we have any issues, please bring an extra tee shirt. It’s also good to bring slides or flip flops for your feet. The best process is to wear your church clothes, change in to shorts, tee shirt, and undergarments for baptism, then change back into church clothes.
